Chef Anbu will be curating and preparing each menu & meal this month.

Her cuisine is an Indian & Southeast Asian fusion with a modern twist that you will be sure to enjoy

Anbu means “love” in Tami and you will taste and feel the love in each dish.

The menu will include savory curries, Chicken Tikka Masala. Kebabs and creative sandwhiches like the Flavor packed Fusion Burger; which consists of a delicious blend of Indian and American cuisine.

As well as the Korean Fried Chicken Sandwhich which is a crispy chicken sandwhich smothered in sweet & spicy sauce, topped with fresh vegetables on a brioche bun.
