Grow Microgreens Like a Pro
Micro Greens are an easy to grow, nutrient-dense and tasty addition to almost any dish. Come visit our restored 1860’s greenhouse and learn how to grow your own microgreens with farm manager Merry McLoryd. This is where we start all the plants for our farm and annual plant sale. You will tour the greenhouse and associated grow areas and learn why we choose soil-grown as opposed to hydroponics.
