Chive flowers are infused for 6-8 weeks in champagne vinegar until all the color (and flavor!) has been pulled from the blossoms creating the signature ruby glow. Then it is double filtered and bottled by us for your enjoyment!

Made in small batches from chive flowers grown here at the farm with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers in no-till, permanent raised beds. Tended, harvested and processed by hand.

This is a seasonal product - when it’s gone, it’s gone till next spring!

Note: Browning with age is normal and may be associated with a gradual loss of the vinegar’s distinctive flavor
